1. Agreement

By signing up for or using Frontli, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the "Practice" or "you") and Frontli Pty Ltd ("Frontli", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. The service

Frontli provides an AI-powered telephone receptionist service for allied health practices. The service answers inbound calls, books appointments into your practice management system (e.g. Cliniko, Nookal), and sends call summaries via SMS and email.

Frontli is a technology service, not a medical service. We do not provide medical advice, triage, or clinical decision-making. The service is intended for administrative tasks only.

3. Free trial and billing

  • All plans include a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial period ends.
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial and will not be charged.
  • After the trial, your plan renews monthly. Billing occurs on the same date each month.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee after your first charge. Contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees or lock you into contracts.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring Frontli is configured correctly for your practice before going live.
  • You are responsible for informing patients that calls may be answered by an AI system, where required by applicable law or professional obligations.
  • You must not use Frontli for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable regulation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use Frontli to handle emergency calls where immediate human response is required. Frontli is not a substitute for emergency services.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Frontli service.
  • Use the service in a way that could harm patients or expose Frontli to legal liability.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. In the event of an outage, calls will fall through to your existing phone system as configured by your call forwarding settings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Frontli's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost revenue or missed appointments.

9. Intellectual property

Frontli retains all intellectual property rights in the service, including the AI models, software, and branding. You retain ownership of your practice data and patient information.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
